JOB SUMMARY The Workforce Development and Volunteer Services Coordinator coordinates and administers volunteer services and workforce development programs, including volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, compliance tracking, student placements, internships, career exploration initiatives, and community partnerships. Serving as a liaison among volunteers, students, educational institutions, community organizations, and healthcare leaders, this role supports workforce pipeline development, enhances the patient and family experience, and expands access to meaningful educational, volunteer, and career opportunities throughout the communities served by the organization. Education Associates Degree in Health Services, Human Services or similar field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience 3 years in a business office or other facility with strong customer service capacity. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements* * * Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information. * Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email and basic internet use). * Basic computer knowledge to enter/retrieve data.
