How you create impact

  • Supervise and support inventory team members, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes of stock variances.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS).

  • Collaborate with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

  • Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
