Primary Care Physician

Location: San Jose, CA 95128

Schedule: Full-Time, 32–40 hours/week

Salary: $268,000–$300,000 annually

Sign-On Bonus: To Be Determined

Relocation Assistance: Available

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse, multicultural patient population in San Jose.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages; no OB .

  • Conduct examinations, interpret diagnostics, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Coordinate specialty referrals and inpatient care as needed.

  • Complete appropriate patient forms and manage electronic health record inbox responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with behavioral health, wellness, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

  • Participate in quality improvement, peer review, clinical audits, and certification activities.

  • Participate in a rotational after-hours physician call schedule.

  • Participate in community health events and outreach activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty .

  • Current, unrestricted California medical license .

  • Active, unrestricted DEA license .

  • Minimum 2 years of primary care experience .

  • Current BLS certification .

  • Ability to manage a full-time patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients .

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities.

  • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.

Benefits

  • $268,000–$300,000 annual base salary

  • State and HRSA loan repayment eligibility

  • Paid vacation, sick time, and 12 paid holidays

  • 40 hours paid CME plus annual CME reimbursement

Pay Details: $268,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
