Full job description

The USC Caruso Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery seek a board-eligible or board-certified Otolaryngologist to join the department. We are looking for fellowship-trained rhinologist. Clinical duties will involve seeing patients in satellite clinics with surgery performed at the Keck Medical Center or other USC-affiliated hospitals.

All faculty are expected to pursue scholarly activities that advance patient health. Overall, we search for faculty members whose career goals include excellence in patient care, research, and clinical teaching. Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

The annual base salary range for this position is $350,000 to $550,000. Supplemental incentive pay may be added to this, in accordance with the departmental compensation plan. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
