Full job description

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the development of performance and business plans for partner health systems to develop and optimize existing home infusion pharmacy services.

Job Duties

  • Supports Senior consultant in interview facilitation, preparation of minutes, development of agenda, and tracking open items

  • Supports development of presentation deliverables across all senior members of entire Geisinger Pharmacy Team

  • Support project management, data and analytics, and deliverables to meet client needs on account

  • Supports development of all final deliverables to include both financial modeling and executive level presentations

  • 15% nation-wide travel may be required

Position Details

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Analytics, Finance, or related field.

  • Two (2) years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, pharmacy operations, business planning, analytics, project management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and developing reports, presentations, or recommendations for business stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare consulting, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, pharmacy strategy, healthcare operations, business planning, or related healthcare leadership roles.

  • Experience supporting client-facing consulting engagements, including stakeholder interviews, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.

  • Experience developing financial models, pro formas, business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations.

  • Experience working with health systems, provider organizations, pharmacy service lines, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or healthcare delivery organizations.

  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, home infusion, ambulatory infusion, medication access services, 340B programs, or health system pharmacy operations.

  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, PharmD, or related field) preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree- (Required), Master's Degree- (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum of 2 years-Related work experience (Required)
