Safety / Human Resources Manager Atlantic, IA 50022
Join Our Leadership Team!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Safety / Human Resources Manager to help lead our organization’s commitment to employee safety, compliance, and workforce development.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage workplace safety programs and training
✅ Ensure OSHA and company compliance standards are met
✅ Oversee employee relations and HR functions
✅ Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
✅ Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
✅ Maintain HR policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources and/or Safety Management
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and employment practices
✔ Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
