Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy recruiting environment. This position is focused on guiding new team members through post-offer steps, coordinating onboarding activities, and helping teams manage a high volume of recruiting. The role is well suited for someone who can stay organized, move quickly, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate post-offer recruiting activities and guide candidates through onboarding tasks.

• Complete employment eligibility documentation, including I-9 processing, and maintain accurate onboarding records.

• Monitor backgrounds and update managers when candidates are cleared to start.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure onboarding requirements are in place before each new employee's first day.

• Support recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate timelines, next steps, and outstanding items to candidates, managers, and stakeholders.

• Track turnaround times and help maintain a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Experience supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, or recruiting coordination in a high-volume environment.

• Working knowledge of post-offer hiring workflows and related screening administration.

• Familiarity with employment compliance practices, including I-9 documentation and government contractor hiring requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

• Proficiency with HR or applicant tracking systems such as ADP.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Must reside in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or Kansas to be eligible for this fully remote position.
