Standard Job Description
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Basic Qualifications

Active Security Clearence required at Secret Level.

Control Account Management (CAM) experience.

Manage all financial commitments to include: plans, budgets, and execution of performance deliverables for the 160th Aviation Regiment Sustainment Task Order.

Perform Task Order requirements through a Program Performance Management process, including the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Measure performance with forward-looking performance metrics.

Establish and maintain program plans and schedules.

Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes, and provide input into the preparation of proposals, SOW’s, and specifications and financial terms and conditions of contracts.

Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals through the implementation of a risk and opportunity management plan and process.

Demonstrates Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives throughout all roles and responsibilities.

Demonstrate strong communication skills to routinely brief LM Senior Leadership Team to include ranking military officials in support of SOF GLSS Aviation Sustainment programs.

DoD systems or similar program/operations management experience is required.

Full-Time Salary Range: $133500.00 - $247900.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
