Description:
Position Purpose:
Performs planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of medium to large projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
What You Will Do:
-
Defines project, program or initiative scope and objectives. Manages cross functional team members and serves as lead consultant and communication resource leaders, customers, and cross-organizational teams

Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion
-
Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
-
Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs
-
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Project Management coursework preferred.
-
Licensure / Certification: None required. Project Management certification preferred.
-
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience with managing medium projects, applying project management methodology, and with a particular product line or technology solution
-
Experience as a team lead or in a supervisory role preferred.
