Salesforce Solution Architect - Financial Services Cloud

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly Case Management and Campaign Management. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor and solution leader, partnering closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, establish scope, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

The primary focus of this engagement will be to lead discovery and solution definition efforts for a Campaign Management initiative, ensuring business objectives are translated into a scalable, maintainable Salesforce architecture. The architect will work directly with client stakeholders, business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to develop a future-state solution roadmap.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of Salesforce experience with multiple enterprise implementations. -3+ years of experience serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Lead Functional Architect. -Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). -Strong understanding of Salesforce Case Management capabilities. -Experience designing or implementing Salesforce Campaign Management solutions. -Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and engage executive and business stakeholders. -Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design skills. -Experience producing architecture documentation, user stories, and solution blueprints. -Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Flows and Automation Security & Sharing Model Reporting & Dashboards Data Management
