Job Description
Immediate opening for a full-time Life Insurance Agent in Montana. New York Life is seeking a driven, coachable individual to build a client base, present insurance solutions, and grow a rewarding career.
Duties: Prospect and build a client list; market insurance products; present coverage options to new customers; assist policyholders with claims; meet sales goals.

Commission-based W2 pay with renewal income — earnings grow with your client base
Paid training allowance base in year 1-2, plus first-year bonuses
Full training provided by New York Life; no experience required
We cover licensing costs and guide you through the process
Medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and pension benefits
Qualifications:
Strong drive to succeed; excellent communication and customer service skills
Must obtain Montana Life Insurance Producer License (state exam and background check); we cover the cost
Prior sales/insurance experience preferred, not required
