Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered healthcare solutions focused on Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI). This person will work closely with healthcare experts, consultants, engineers, and architects to build products that help hospitals improve documentation quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of product management experience, CDI and healthcare operations knowledge, and an understanding of how AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can be used to solve real business problems. This role is critical because the team has strong technical expertise but needs someone who can deeply understand healthcare workflows and translate them into product requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for AI-driven CDI solutions.
  • Work with healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and business needs.
  • Translate healthcare and operational requirements into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, and data teams to develop AI and LLM-based products.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, user research, and requirements gathering.
  • Prioritize features, define user stories, and manage product delivery.
  • Help establish AI product management best practices and lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with consulting, customer support, and go-to-market teams to drive successful product adoption.
  • Use AI tools and Generative AI to improve product documentation, requirements, and engineering collaboration.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem solving skills. This position is a 12 month contract role with intention of extensions and/or conversion, and can pay between $70-85/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract. If interested, please apply!

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Strong Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-enabled products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with inpatient CDI programs.
  • Experience with healthcare analytics, clinical databases, or healthcare technology products.
  • Experience building AI-powered healthcare solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Databricks, or modern healthcare data platforms.
  • Experience supporting healthcare consulting or software organizations.
