THE POSITION

• Full Time: Days & Overnights

• Client Specifics: 20-year old with a trach, and a g-tube

• Location: Elkhorn (68022)

• Hours:

• Casual/PRN: Evenings & Weekends

• Client Specifics: 26-year old with a trach, and a g-tube

• Location: Elkhorn (68022)

• Hours: Full Time

• Days & Overnights

• Client Specifics: Infant with a vent, trach, and a g-tube

• Location: Elkhorn (68022)

• Hours: School-Day Shifts:

• Days Monday through Friday 8:30a - 3:30p

• Client Specifics: 17-year old with a g-tube

• HCN will attend school with client

• Location: Elkhorn (68022)

• Hours:

• Occasional Evening & Weekend shifts (PRN/Casual)

• Client Specifics: Adult 26 years old with a trach and a g-tube.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care—so no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!
