Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (OUTPATIENT Clinic)Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical GroupLocation: Romeoville, Illinois

Position OverviewPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-focused group while enjoying a balanced schedule and supportive work environment.Highlights of the Role• Schedule: M-F 9a-5p• No Call Requirements – enjoy your personal time without after-hours interruptions• Single-Site Role: Work at Romeoville, IL clinic• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff• State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.• Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manageoutpatient follow-up visits.• Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.• Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.• Strongly preferred: 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology outpatient medicine• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team.• EMR proficiency (experience with Epic is a plus).

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
