Job Description

Insight Global is looking for CI Poly Software Engineers in Fort Meade. They will support software development initiatives in critical environments. They will be responsible to deliver secure, resilient software capabilities aligned with national security and cyberspace mission objectives across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy secure software solutions supporting national security missions Implement DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automated testing in classified environments Conduct secure code reviews, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and remediation Translate mission and operational requirements into secure technical solutions and prototypes Ensure software compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, ATO requirements, and supply‑chain risk mitigation Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, cybersecurity, and mission stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

TS/SCI with CI Poly Bachelor's Degree

• 7 -15 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Understanding of Network Protocols and how traffic flows, ability to write a raw socket
• Experience developing complex systems CNO or Tools development
