Full job description
Hours: 8 hours This is a 1st shift position from 6:00 AM.-2:00 P.M. Hourly Rate: $24.60 to $26.52 depending on experience For a more details Custodial Maintenance Contract
Position Description:
In this position you will be responsible for the general operations and maintenance of the facility. Coordinate building cleaning and maintenance schedules to insure a clean, safe and comfortable environment in which to work and learn. Oversee and participate in maintenance, operations and security of the facility. Willing and able to follow safety guidelines and rules and willing and able to use recommended Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.)
Qualifications:
- 2nd Class C for Kimberly Lane, Sunset Hill, Birchview and Gleason Lake Elementary
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus three to five years experience as a custodian preferred.
- 3-5 years building maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing and air distribution knowledge preferred.
