Job Description

As a Senior Change Manager, you will support a major aviation capital improvement program at LAX, helping oversee the change management process for new terminal and concourse construction projects. You will evaluate and manage project changes that impact scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring decisions are documented, tracked, and communicated effectively.

This individual will partner closely with project managers, construction managers, engineers, schedulers, estimators, and client stakeholders to review change orders, assess project impacts, and help drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting large, complex construction programs and understands how to balance budget, schedule, and project objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of project controls, change management, or construction management experience supporting large capital projects.
  • Strong experience managing change orders, cost impacts, schedule impacts, and risk on complex construction programs.
  • Experience working on large infrastructure, aviation, transportation, or public-sector construction projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across project management, engineering, construction, and client teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Aviation or airport construction experience.
  • Experience supporting projects over $250M.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, PMWeb, Procore, or similar project controls platforms.
  • PMP, CCM, or other industry certifications
