Full job description
This is a strategic and highly visible role that requires partnering with both external and internal teams, including Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and various Sales and Leadership roles. You'll analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to meet customer needs. By applying the LeanData Implementation Methodology, you'll translate LeanData products into solutions for real business challenges, ensuring value realization for our customers.
This role reports to the Director, Enterprise Professional Services and is based in our Santa Clara, CA office. You are required to be in office Mondays and Wednesdays each week.
What You'll Do

Analyze complex business and system processes to build customized solutions for assigned customers on the LeanData platform, and lead technical implementations across multiple personas including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Salesforce Development.

Drive successful transitions from implementation to customer success by aligning with CSMs on account health, open items, and customer goals, minimizing disruption and reinforcing customer confidence in LeanData.

Work closely with internal and client development teams to analyze the technical impacts of the Managed Package in complex Salesforce environments.

Proactively identify risks and opportunities during implementation, and manage stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities are acted on.

Engage in day-to-day communications with customers at all levels to maximize their onboarding experience with the LeanData platform.

Partner with LeanData's Product, Sales, and Development teams to quickly onboard customers, design data solutions, and surface issues before they become real problems.

Stay current on new and evolving LeanData products and features, and apply that knowledge to design and implement solutions that help customers get the most value from the platform.

Manage assigned implementations with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy, ensuring they come in on time and on budget.

Track and maintain accurate client records and key milestones using Salesforce and other systems.

Proactively identify onboarding process improvements.

Strategically leverage customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
What You'll Bring

2–5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS or related technology.

Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or above preferred).

Experience working with and managing client stakeholders across multiple groups.

Knowledge of various GTM strategies (outbound, inbound, account-based, etc.).

Expertise with Salesforce reporting; knowledge of other reporting/BI tools is a plus.

A proven track record leading customer engagements, with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy, and deliver positive results for customers.

Genuine excitement about immersing yourself in the world of Sales Operations, technology, and customer evangelism.

Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust your style based on the audience and the situation.

Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.

A creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach.

A self-starter mindset that thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment.
