In this role, you will apply deep Agile expertise to drive outcomes by fostering strong team accountability, enabling consistent delivery cadence, and guiding teams toward continuous improvement. You will also establish and monitor team-level delivery and health indicators to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, with a focus on team outcomes rather than individual activity.
