Registered Nurse (RN)– Los Angeles,CA

Local Pay: $62.00/hour - (W2)

Shift Details:

  • 12-Hours Shift

  • Days, Weekends and Holidays

  • Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN

RN Duties & Responsibilities:

  • RNs will provide continuous cardiac monitoring and specialized nursing care for adult patients requiring close observation but not intensive care services.

  • RNs will care for patients with a broad range of cardiac and medical conditions, including, but not limited to, cardiac arrhythmias, exacerbations of heart failure, post-procedural cardiac recovery, and other complex medical diagnoses requiring continuous cardiac rhythm surveillance, comprehensive clinical assessment, and ongoing medical management.

  • RNs will also focus on providing pre- or post-operative care for adults for surgical procedures, monitor and interpret telemetry (EKG/ECG) for arrhythmias, rate, and rhythm changes.

**Minimum Qualifications **

  • Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA RN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of one (1) year recentMedical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience in a community-based acute care hospital.

  • AHA BLS Certification

  • MAB or CPI

  • LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

  • Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
