Job Summary Bring your leadership, organization, and patient-service mindset to a busy outpatient Urology practice where every detail helps patients feel supported and care teams stay on track. Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant Lead to support daily operations at our Salem Urology practice, located at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA.

About the Practice Our Salem Urology team evaluates and treats a wide range of adult urologic conditions in a collaborative, specialty care environment. The team is board certified and includes experts in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal, and percutaneous approaches.

Schedule and Location This is an onsite role based at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA -Mondays and Wednesdays - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm -Tuesdays and Thursdays - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Fridays - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

As the Clinic/Practice Assistant Lead, you will help keep day-to-day practice operations running smoothly by supporting workflow, troubleshooting issues, orienting and training team members, and serving as a key resource for scheduling, registration, and billing systems. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems, supporting staff, and creating a reliable, welcoming experience for patients and providers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Five to seven years of office experience required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning clinical administrative systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to support, guide, and collaborate with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and the needs of a fast-paced outpatient practice.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accurate administrative workflows.
