Graphic Designer – PDP Craft Pod Location:Mumbai - Vikhorli (On-site) Team:Glamrs x Purplle Type:Full-timeWhat this role is for:We’re looking for Graphic designers who can turn around clean, on-brand artwork quickly and accurately. The role is production-heavy: resizing, re-layouts, copy swaps, localization, and preparing final exports for banners, PDP assets, packaging, emails, and social.What you’ll do:Take a master visual and build all required size/format variations without losing hierarchy and visual balanceModify and adapt packaging artwork, ensuring print-readiness and brand consistencyClean up design files so they are structured and ready for handoff to internal teams or print vendorsMaintain consistency in brand grids, type styles, color systems, and spacingExport correctly for different platforms (web/app/social) and print formats (CMYK, dielines, bleed, etc.)Follow systematic file organization, versioning, and namingconventionsWork closely with the team and turn feedback around quickly and accuratelyMust-haves:Strong proficiency in Adobe IllustratorandPhotoshopSolid graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, alignmentUnderstanding ofdielines, bleed, margins, safe zonesAbility to adapt and update packaging labels, claims, ingredient panelsPreparing files for print with correct color profiles (CMYK/RGB)Portfolio that shows before/after artwork modifications, multi-size creative sets, and (if available) packaging updatesExcellent file hygiene:tidy layers, linked assets, organized artboards, consistent type stylesAbility to export correctlyfor web, social, app, printing, and high-resolution needsBasic competence with ChatGPT, MidJourney, or similar AI tools to support iteration and reference creationCV Must have your portfolio link and a short note on what you owned in each piece.
