Full Time| Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM| Hybrid- 40/60 onsite/remote

Job Purpose or Goals

The HCM Systems Analyst II assists in the implementation, support and maintenance related to the analysis, design, modification, testing, and deployment of our HCM system including Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, and Learning Management System (LMS). You will report to the System Support Manager.

Tasks:

  1. You will help create system documentation including functional and technical requirements documents, interface guides, configuration workbooks, test scripts, processes. Organize and categorize large amounts of information provided by partners.

  2. You will provide regular updates to department leadership and users through presentations, status reports and meetings minutes.

  3. Help with needs analysis, organizational readiness assessments, and influence analysis to align HCM functionality with strategic goals. You will help develop design proposals and cost-benefit analysis for potential projects.

  4. Help with testing/validation of changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs before release to production while using verbal and written skills to build relationships with partners and 3rd party vendors.

  5. Provide customer service across the organization focusing on availability, performance, security, and established service level metrics. Help define HCM system processes and configurations.

  6. Monitor service ticket systems for issue resolution and customer requests. Solve production issues reported by users and conduct problem management including root cause analysis of configuration and process problems.

  7. You will consult and participate in review, validation, and testing of quarterly updates and emergency patches in the HCM system and their impact to existing training, interfaces, processes, and reports.

  8. Develop, test and roll out basic solutions, bug fixes and minor system enhancements.

  9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Associate degree in a technical or business field or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and certifications or 2 years related experience.

3+ years' experience providing application support for customer issues, or hands-on experience with HCM systems.
