Analytics at Truemeds is a core strategic function partnering with Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive scalable and sustainable growth. About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, decision-ready insights. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on solving business problems using data and enabling data-driven decision-making in a high-growth environment

. What Qualities Are We Looking For

Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches
Experience delivering insights via dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses
Strong understanding of metric definition and measurement frameworks
Experience with automated reporting and alerts
High ownership mindset with focus on data accuracy and quality
Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling skills

What Will YouDo?

Own analytics for assigned business or product domains
Define, track, and analyze key business KPIs
Perform deep-dive and root-cause analyses
Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots)
Build dashboards and automated reports
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams in a work-from-office setup
Present insights to stakeholders and leadership
