Digital Content Specialist

Description We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to support a Contract engagement within the healthcare industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will shape and maintain website content, ensuring pages are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with current brand expectations. The position also contributes to search visibility efforts by improving on-page content and applying SEO best practices across digital properties.

Responsibilities:

• Refresh, revise, and publish website materials while preparing content for placement on updated digital pages.

• Create and organize new web pages within a CMS environment, ensuring consistency with brand style, tone, and formatting standards.

• Edit existing copy for clarity, usability, and presentation so that online content delivers a strong user experience.

• Support search optimization initiatives by applying on-page improvements that help strengthen organic traffic performance.

• Conduct keyword research when needed to guide content updates and inform page development decisions.

• Maintain content accuracy and structure across web properties using established web content management practices.

• Partner with stakeholders to implement digital updates efficiently while meeting quality expectations and project timelines. Requirements • Hands-on experience managing website content in a content management system.

• Working knowledge of web content standards, page formatting, and digital publishing workflows.

• Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar content management tools.

• Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword usage and on-page optimization techniques.

• Ability to edit and organize content with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
