Job Description
BEUMER Corporation seeks a Planning Lead, Airport, in Somerset, NJ to create and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software, and coordinate subcontractor schedule management and resource allocation. Requirements: At a minimum, a U.S. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering field, or the foreign degree equivalent; 2 years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation; 2 years’ experience with Project Planning for large-scale (in excess of $50M) Airport Baggage Handling System projects; experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD and Navis for Modeling; experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Planning; experience with project planning and cost engineering related to Airport Baggage Handling Systems. The position requires domestic travel within the United States only, but the exact locations, duration, and frequency of travel vary greatly depending on business needs and the specifics of BEUMER's projects for its airport customers. Assignments to work at specific project locations are subject to frequent and sudden changes with multiple assignments sometimes running in parallel. BEUMER has customers in various locations throughout all regions of the United States. The position assignments can be short- or long-term (weeks to years), but as projects close, there is reassignment back to a BEUMER office location or another project location. Salary: $125,400/yr.
