We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to provide leadership and execution support for critical finance transformation initiatives. This role will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology teams to drive process improvements, systems optimization, operational efficiency, and organizational change across a complex global environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong finance transformation expertise with a background in business analysis, program management, and cross-functional delivery. This individual must be able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder management, and execution.

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.

  • Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.

  • Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

  • Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.

  • Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.

  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.

  • Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, including Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash, Financial Controls, Tax Operations, and Financial Reporting.

  • Strong project and program management capabilities with a record of successful execution.

  • Experience working directly with senior Finance and Accounting leaders.

  • Ability to quickly assess business challenges, establish priorities, and execute practical solutions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Preferred: experience in global digital, subscription, streaming, media, or entertainment businesses.

  • Preferred: background in finance process, data, and systems transformation, including ERP implementations and finance technology platforms.

  • Preferred: familiarity with global tax and compliance requirements and operating model transformation.

  • Preferred: consulting experience within large enterprise environments.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required.

  • Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Information Systems, or similar) preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, CMA, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent are a plus.

  • Additional coursework or certifications in Finance Transformation, ERP systems, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Process Improvement are highly desirable.
