  • Assist with troubleshooting complex system-level issues and performance anomalies.

  • Participate in customer technical reviews, program reviews, and technical interchange meetings.

  • Ensure systems meet mission requirements, airworthiness standards, and applicable military specifications

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 6+ years of Systems Engineering experience within a DoD, aerospace, defense, or aviation environment.
  • Experience developing and managing requirements using tools such as DOORS or equivalent requirements management platforms.
  • Experience with system integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.
  • Understanding of systems engineering processes throughout the full development lifecycle.
  • Experience developing architecture diagrams, system block diagrams, and interface documentation.
  • Knowledge of RF systems, communications systems, avionics, or mission systems.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience supporting Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Support (ES), ELINT, SIGINT, or radar systems.
  • Familiarity with electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO).
  • Experience with airborne mission systems and aircraft integration programs.
  • Knowledge of encrypted communications, EMCON, and Position, Navigation & Timing (PNT) systems.
  • Experience supporting military platforms such as ISR, surveillance, reconnaissance, or special mission aircraft.
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
