Job Description

  • Gather and document business requirements + current state processes
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes
  • Translate requirements into specs for development teams
  • Act as bridge between business + tech stakeholders
  • Drive problem-solving and solution design, not just execution
  • Support delivery across capital markets initiatives

Skills and Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services / capital markets
  • Exposure to securities and/or cash-side products
  • Strong front-to-back BA skillset (requirements gathering, gap analysis, working with dev teams)
  • Proven experience supporting capital markets initiatives in NYC
  • Ability to identify issues and translate into actionable requirements (not just maintain existing processes)
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter
  • Experience in central funding / treasury or broader financial services
  • Exposure to regulatory initiatives
  • Prior AVP / Associate-level experience
  • Track record of high performance / fast promotion
  • Strong front-office stakeholder exposure
  • Not looking for: PMP/Scrum-heavy profiles — need hands-on, analytical problem solvers
