Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will convey written information in a clear, concise, organized and convincing manner. You will use correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. You will express thoughts persuasively and use effective modes to reinforce message retention. You will demonstrate skill in using job relevant information systems and/or software applications. You will perform work such as preparing, receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring proper customer service via telephone, email and in person and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Unaccompanied Housing Program rules and regulations; 2) Receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents; 3) Performing check-in and check-out room inspections and providing direct assistance to the Complex Manager and Site Director by monitoring assigned areas daily; 4) Scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of housing units and conducting follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: You have successfully completed 1 full year of graduate level education. OR You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement. OR You have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.It is highly recommended that a transcript is submitted with your application if qualifying using education. See Required Documents for additional information. Additional Information A 40 hour work week is typical for this position. Rotating shifts and overtime including on an emergency basis to meet mission. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
