Full job description

We have an outstanding Contract position for anAccounts Payable Specialistto join a leading Company located inLos Alamitos, CA.

Pay Rate: $25 - $27

Responsibilities :

  • Cover the receptionist during breaks and lunches every day and every other Friday.

  • Greet visitors and assist them with the sign-in process.

  • Complete the appropriate security screening prior to visitors entering the building beyond the reception area.

  • Answer calls (internal and external), direct them to the appropriate person, and page employees when needed.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

  • Minimum 5 years of AP experience.

  • Any ERP system.

  • Knowledge of basic Excel.
