Full job description
📍 Location: Paris, France (on-site or hybrid, no full remote) 💰 Salary range: ~€60k-90k + equity 🏝️ Benefits: ~35 PTO days + typical benefits in France (Lunch Card, 100% Health Insurance coverage, etc.) About Designing a good CRM is a massive challenge because it requires a delicate balancing act. Most solutions are either too basic to be useful or bloated "jack-of-all-trades" systems that force users into rigid workflows. Twenty is taking a different path. By prioritizing smart defaults over complex setup, we ensure the product is simple to start with, while retaining unlimited possibilities for advanced configuration—serving as a programmable operating system for a company's unique intelligence. For a Product Designer, this presents a unique opportunity: you won't just be designing static screens; you will be defining the building blocks (Custom layout, Data Model, AI Agents, Workflows…) that allow our users to construct their own ideal software. We are seeking someone who can transform this complex abstraction into an intuitive user interface. Role You’ll be working with Thomas, our CPO (current designer of the app & website), on Twenty designs:
-
UI/UX Design • Handle the app UX design
-
Handle the website design (Framer)
-
Design System • Keep design elements consistent across the product
-
Collaborate with designers and devs to maintain a polished look and feel
-

-
Track UX regressions on the app.
-
Create clear design specifications (GitHub issues) for implementation.
You
- Experience: 3+ years of working with at least one ambitious SaaS project (funded).
- Strong systems thinking: ensuring every feature fits the product (platform) and reinforces the design system.
- Figma Design master: Figma Design has no secret for you - there is no feature you don’t know.
- High standards: You are obsessive with details.
- Tech Lover: You’re familiar with the tech ecosystem. You love productivity tools (Notion, Cursor, Raycast, Comet…) etc.
