Purpose

Responsible for all steps of extending service to customers; including customer contact, contracts, easements, engineering, and construction coordination.

Accountabilities

  • Participate in the team to provide the focal point for the identification and satisfaction of internal and external customer needs and expectations consistent with Company goals and objectives.

  • Plan, design, and prepare work orders to ensure completion is consistent with customer needs, Company standards, all safety considerations, and applicable codes.

  • Arrange contracts and acquire Right of Way needed to provide service to the customer.

  • Supply to a positive Company image by providing outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Coordinate with team members to keep jobs on schedule and exceed customer expectations.

  • Assist other team members and departments with disaster recovery.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Electrical utility experience recommended

  • Technical Degree or Engineering Degree

  • Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) experience preferred

  • Work Management System experience recommended
