Salesforce FSC Deliery Lead

Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce FSC initiatives across business and technology teams Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, architects, and development managers to align strategic objectives Drive program planning, roadmap development, release management, and governance processes Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide delivery status updates Ensure successful execution of delivery milestones and business outcomes Support organizational change management and stakeholder engagement efforts Coach teams on delivery best practices and effective execution strategies

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery initiatives Prior hands-on Salesforce Developer experience with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce initiatives, preferably within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Active Salesforce Certification(s) Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technology programs Experience managing delivery roadmaps, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive communications Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology organizations Experience working in Agile environments and leading large delivery teams Financial Services or Banking experience Salesforce FSC certification or extensive FSC implementation experience Experience supporting Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or Customer Transformation initiatives Salesforce Architecture experience Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs SAFe certification or formal Agile leadership experience
