Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager

  • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries

  • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner

  • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.

  • Clarify orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required

  • Previous experience in pharmacy

  • LTC pharmacy experience preferred

  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required

  • Great telephone etiquette a must

  • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Shift:

  • 2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

  • Onsite
