Infrastructure Services is part of IS&T and the foundation of Apple's global network operations — managing data center equipment and systems to deliver compute, storage, and networking services for teams across Apple, including its internal developer community. From individual facilities to a worldwide network, Infrastructure Services ensures the technology underneath everything works without question.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support this work, including initiatives supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into Apple Retail.

Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting technology deployments and initiatives across Apple Retail locations globally. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail, engineering, logistics and warehouse teams, and external service providers to plan and execute projects successfully. The role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with 3+ year of experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, retail, deployment, or similar programs.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, equipment deployments, or onsite implementation activities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
