NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician to join their team in Stockton, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Day to Day Job Duties:

In a Hospital enviroment:

Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.

Install minor peripheral devices and printers.

Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and

peripherals.

Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management

system.

Basic Qualifications:

3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.

3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment,

network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.

3-5 years of solid customer service communications.

Degree: Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

Healthcare environment experience a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is ($30/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits .
