AAA Cooper OS&D Clerks are responsible for:
Job Responsibilities:
-
Reviews and investigates overages, shortages and damages in order to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.

Performs other work related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
-
Professional verbal and written communication skills
-
Self-motivated/positive attitude
-
OS&D and/or investigative experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
-
Strong verbal, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Experience with various office equipment: copier, printer, fax, etc.
