  • Provide expertise across estate and tax planning, trusts and entities, charitable planning, business succession, executive compensation, and retirement planning.

  • Support the use and adoption of Wealth Studios, MoneyGuide, and firm-approved planning tools, including best practices, enhancements, and QA testing.

  • Develop and deliver training, translate complex concepts into practical guidance, and represent Wealth Planning in firm, recruiting, and business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate across departments to align expertise and deliver comprehensive solutions for advisors and clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • MoneyGuide, Wealth Studios, and/or eMoney.

  • Expert consultative and problem-solving skills for complex client scenarios.

  • Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize advanced planning strategies.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for senior-level audiences.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence without authority.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while influencing outcomes at an enterprise level.

  • Build trusted relationships with Financial Advisors, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.

  • Maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced, advisor-centric environment.

  • Apply expert judgment to ambiguous, high-impact situations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related advisory roles.

OR

  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience approved by Human Resources.

Licenses & Certifications

  • CFP® required (or equivalent advanced designation approved by the hiring manager).
