Summary You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist at the GG-14 grade levelwith responsibility as a counterintelligence (CI) subject matter expert for the OPNAV N2X CI and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Senior Advisor to the Director of Naval Intelligence. Responsibilities You will develop, plan, support, and provide guidance, assistance, and oversight on Navy Service-level CI functional services, collections, and operations. You will serve as Navy and Service CI program representative for DoN, DoW, Joint Staff/Joint Force, and Intelligence Community-level working groups, governance boards, enterprise management, and other groups/organizations across the CI Enterprise. You will prepare and produce reports and briefs for executive level audiences, which demonstrates extensive knowledge and comprehensive subject matter expertise in counterintelligence. You will analyze the impact of work on the unit, NIA, and on other organizations within the USN, DoN, and other organizations. You will develop, research, author, staff, and implement emerging Service-level CI guidance, as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications This position has a Selective Placement Factor: Candidate must be a graduate of a DoD/DoW certified Counterintelligence agent. This must be listed on the candidate's resume. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS/GG-13. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Recent, relevant experience serving as a CI agent supporting operational units/commands. 2. Experience as a leader or manager providing guidance, direction, control and oversight of CI agents conducting CI activities. 3.Senior-level expertise for policy and regulatory guidance regarding CI programs and activities at the Service, Military Department, DoD/DoW, and Intelligence Community levels. 4. Experience evaluating CI/Human Intelligence operations and procedures in support of program and operational requirements; researching, developing, and presenting recommendations for future CI/HUMINT operations and activities.
