We're Hiring Fabrication Associates

$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay | West Chester Township, OH

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Opportunity to become a full-time employee after 6 months.

Looking to build a career in manufacturing and fabrication? We're hiring Fabrication Associates to join a team that manufactures fire sprinkler systems from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience, fabrication knowledge, or welding school training who are eager to learn and grow.

What you'll do:

• Measure, cut, thread, and prepare pipe for production

• Work with band saws, grooving machines, and fabrication tools

• Assemble pipe orders and prepare materials for shipment

• Perform general manufacturing and production tasks

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months of recent industrial or manufacturing experience

• Experience operating machines such as saws or fabrication equipment

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

• Basic math skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
