Meet the Team You will join a dynamic group of technology experts dedicated to the success of our strategic customers. We bridge the gap between complex Splunk solutions and business outcomes, ensuring that every interaction enhance value and drives innovation. Our team fosters a collaborative environment where we work together to solve technical challenges and scale our impact globally. Your Impact In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end adoption plans for at least 3 strategic accounts, ensuring our software and services truly support their long-term business goals. You’ll act as their advocate, bringing their technical feedback back to our product teams to help improve the overall experience. You’ll also proactively monitor adoption signals, such as feature utilization and engagement levels, to mitigate risks and identify new opportunities for growth. You won't be working in a silo; you’ll collaborate with our sales, renewal, and delivery teams to keep the customer experience consistent and smooth. To make your work more efficient, you’ll use AI and automation tools to handle technical workflows and provide data-driven insights. Finally, you’ll lead Customer Value Workshops and business reviews to track progress and demonstrate the benefits of Splunk technology portfolio Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience in Core data platforms, Security operations and Observability & Performance Monitoring.

  • Demonstrated track record managing enterprise-level customer relationships, with clear accountability for service revenue and margin targets.

  • Proven track record to analyze large, unstructured data sets to extract actionable insights for customer optimization.

  • Experience facilitating strategic business reviews with collaborators to validate adoption achievements and project outcomes.

  • Experience using advanced AI tools or automation platforms to improve team efficiency and operational workflows.

  • Speaks German fluently. Preferred Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated history of influencing executive-level partners to drive technical transformation and value realization.

  • Prior experience managing high-complexity accounts within the car manufacturing but also other business sectors.

  • Certification or deep experience in modern software-as-a-service (SaaS) adoption methodologies.

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, business-focused narratives for non-technical customers.
