Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.
Project Manager – Conveyor Systems Job Type: Full-time, Salary Travel Requirement: 10 – 20%
Position Overview:
A leading provider of conveyor system solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple conveyor projects, primarily within the automotive industry. This role is responsible for project planning, execution, financial tracking, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple conveyor system projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.

Create and track Change Order Requests for additional scope on projects.

Ensure accurate data submission for invoicing.

Generate and maintain Open Issues lists weekly, sharing updates with customers and internal teams.

Issue Requests for Quote (RFQs) for major installation subcontractors, validate pricing, and coordinate purchase requisitions.

Oversee Site Managers during installation phases, conducting site visits as needed.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the conveyor industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
