  • Translate business problems into AI product lines, reusable feature sets, and scalable service capabilities that improve efficiency and support enterprise-wide adoption.

  • Assess competitor, big tech, and fintech AI offerings to identify emerging capabilities, inform the product roadmap, and enhance the firm’s AI product portfolio.

  • Lead AI product implementation using Agile methodologies, manage roadmap execution and delivery milestones, and accelerate release cycles from concept through production.

  • Review and validate deliverables from AI engineering, data science, and financial engineering teams, providing detailed feedback to support rapid iteration and high-quality product outcomes.

  • Demonstrate new product capabilities, communicate release milestones and business impact, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across onshore and offshore AI engineering, data science, and financial engineering teams to ensure effective communication, prioritization, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • 15+ years of experience in asset management, with exposure to one or more of the following areas: portfolio management, trading, sales, client relationship management, product research, finance, or operations.

  • 10+ years of product management experience in the asset management industry, with hands-on experience designing and implementing technology products across the full product lifecycle.

  • 6+ years of AI engineering or adjacent AI-related experience, with a strong understanding of machine learning, predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI capabilities.

  • 5+ years of experience leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including program or project management in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing multi-agent workflows, including human-on-the-loop command patterns and autonomous agentic workflows.

  • Proficiency with modern AI platforms, such as Google Gemini Enterprise and AWS Bedrock, and programming languages such as Python and SQL; familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Anthropic Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
