We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reporting Specialist to support daily operational and client service functions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at handling sensitive information, and are committed to delivering exceptional service experiences. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage daily operational reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

  • Handle confidential client information while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards.

  • Provide professional phone support to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Deliver a service-first experience through all customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members in both virtual and in-person settings to achieve operational goals.

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, for reporting, communication, and documentation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client service experience within the financial services industry.

  • Strong experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook in a professional environment.

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-volume phone support.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Stable work history with a proven track record of reliability and commitment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or financial advisors.

  • experience in operations, reporting, or customer support within a regulated industry.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
