Sr. Digital Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead more than one Software Development teams supporting multiple projects
• Lead and mentor 2 to 3 project managers
• Infrastructure Planning & Delivery: Lead infrastructure projects involving networks, servers, cloud platforms, data centers, security, and end-user computing environments.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, define scope, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify risks, manage cross-team dependencies, remove roadblocks, and execute mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Development, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and alignment.
• Schedule and facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies, identify risks, track dependencies and remove impediments
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
• Work with Product Owner to review and prioritize the product backlog so the right work is done in the right order
• Provide leadership updates on measures, impact assessment, removal of roadblocks, and conflicts on change of scope decisions
• Capability to work remotely and onsite with a diverse group of stakeholders in different time zones
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned

Skills and Requirements

• 10 years of project management experience, managing complex software projects and applying agile and waterfall methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with Azure Cloud Architecture
• Consistent track record working with a DevOps suite of tools
• PMP Certification
• Previous Software Development experience
