Construction Ready Trainee (Earn While You Learn)

Build the Future with Meta

Ready to start a career in construction—even if you've never worked in theindustry?

CBRE is looking for motivated individuals to join the Meta America's WorkforceAcademy (AWA) Construction Ready Pathway. This paid training program preparesyou for a full-time career helping build America’s AI infrastructure

No previous construction experience is required. We'll teach you everything youneed to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Safely work on active commercial constructionsites.

  • Read and follow construction plans and workinstructions.

  • Use common hand and power tools safely.

  • Assist with material handling, site preparation,and installation work.

  • Support framing, concrete, carpentry, finishing,or other construction activities depending on project needs.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

  • Follow OSHA and site safety requirements everyday.

  • Work as part of a team to complete high-qualityprojects supporting America’s AI infrastructure

No Experience? No Problem.

Everything you need to succeed is taught during the trainingprogram. We're looking for people with the right attitude—not the perfectresume.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong willingness to learn and take direction.

  • Safety-first mindset.

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.

  • Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.

  • Comfortable using or learning hand and powertools.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Interest in construction, skilled trades, orbuilding projects.

  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

  • Eligible to work in the United States withoutsponsorship.

Training & Pay (Earn While You Learn)

  • Four-week, full-time paid training program.

  • $25.00/hour during training.

  • New classes begin regularly.

  • Local participants commute daily.

  • Eligible non-local participants receivecompany-paid travel, lodging, and meals during training.

Career Pathways

  • Successful graduates may be hired intoentry-level construction withleadingnational construction contractors.

  • Potential career progression: GeneralConstruction Laborer → Construction Technician → Skilled Trades Apprentice →Lead → Foreman/Supervisor.
