Job Summary:

Maintains the computer inventory control system and performs a variety of tasks required for controlling receiving, storage and distribution of hospital supplies and materials following established routines. Perform periodic inventory counts. Maintains the PAR level systems includng the adjustment of stock levels. Cross-trained to perform all functions in Materials Management distribuion and receiving and operates our Fork Truck. Coaches and supervises staff in support of the manager. Schedules staff coverage. Acts as a resource to staff and provides orientation to new staff. Provides input to manager on employment decisions. Prepares performance appraisals and participates with manager in interviews. Attends Value Analysis Meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least two years experience with inventory control and related computer database systems and in shipping and receiving functions in a healthcare environment. HS grad or equivalent. Proficient computer skills. Supervisory experience.

Pay range: $24.11-$31.32 hourly
