Support the HR department and the business across core HR operations, with responsibilities based on team assignment and business needs. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and day-to-day HR questions while ensuring consistent, positive employee experience. Partner closely with HR team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely support in areas such as employee and labor relations, talent processes, and HR service delivery. This role balances people-focused support with operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Role & Responsibility

General

  • Primary HR contact for employees.

  • Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.

  • Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Support across areas of HR Operations.

People Relations

  • Implement strategies for positive employer-employee relationships, enhancing organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate on training, development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.

  • Advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.

Labor Relations

  • Assist in collective bargaining agreements negotiation and administration.

  • Guide management and employees on staffing and labor relations.

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances with relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor labor laws and industry trends for compliance.

  • Develop strategies for positive labor-management relations.

  • Present reports on labor relations issues.

  • Collaborate on policies and programs supporting labor relations.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with leaders on hiring processes, including assessments, interviews, offers, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Ensure positive applicant experiences and support recruitment strategies.

  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and optimize candidate management.

  • Ensure diversity recruitment and compliance.

Total Rewards

  • Support benefit programs administration, including Open Enrollment.

  • Collaborate on reporting, testing, auditing, and reconciliation.

Business Processes & Analytics and HR Service Delivery

  • Administer leaves of absence, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives.

  • Support HRSD system, including changes, testing, deployment, and training.

  • Promote system use and monitor employee experience.

Talent Management

  • Implement performance and talent management programs, ensuring organizational alignment.

  • Provide operational support on performance management processes.

Learning and Development:

  • Coordinates training logistics and delivery support

  • Delivers training as assigned

Job Requirement

What Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.

  • Travel required: < 10%

Education:

  • We value skills gained through both education and experience. Applicants may qualify with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or with two additional years of relevant professional experience.
