Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support network infrastructure, structured cabling, low-voltage, and critical infrastructure projects. This individual will provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to Project Managers and field teams, helping ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.

The Project Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication between Project Managers, field technicians, vendors, clients, and internal departments. Responsibilities will include maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules and field resources, tracking project costs, supporting procurement activities, and communicating project updates across multiple active job sites.

This individual will also assist with change orders, project revisions, billing documentation, equipment deliveries, staffing schedules, and project closeout activities. They will gather required completion materials, including field reports, photos, test results, and other documentation needed for customer deliverables and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable coordinating across technical, operational, financial, and client-facing teams. This is a hybrid, full-time position that may require occasional local and out-of-state travel.

Skills and Requirements

*3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations coordination, administrative support, or a related role *Experience supporting telecommunications, IT infrastructure, network services, data center operations, construction, or technical field service projects *Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams *Experience with project tracking, reporting, data entry, and documentation management *Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and shifting deadlines *Experience supporting network infrastructure, structured cabling, low-voltage, or data center projects *Experience with project management or business operations platforms such as Zoho One *Familiarity with project billing, procurement, cost tracking, or resource-planning workflows *Experience coordinating equipment orders, deliveries, inventory, and project-specific material needs *Experience coordinating field technicians across multiple locations, including travel schedules and site rotations
